My name is Hallé Johnson and I was 25 years old when I decided to start my own lipgloss business. It took a lot of research and practice to see what worked and what didn't before I launched my business. I've had my doubts and fears of not succeeding, but fear isn't something we should let stop us from being great, from achieving greatness.
